Sunday Morning Worship Service

Where: 3255 Prince St. Conway, AR 72034, in the Sanctuary

When: Every Sunday at 11 AM

What we do:

Every Sunday morning we gather together to worship God. We pray, praise, and preach every week. When we pray, we thank God, praise God, confess sin to God, and ask God to act in our lives. When we praise, we sing songs together to worship Him, both who He is and what He has done. When we preach, we hear a man stand up before us and proclaim the Gospel of God from the Word of God.

What you can expect:

Service:

The worship service will typically last 1 hour. During the service we will pray, sing, and listen to a sermon. Most Sundays will begin with a welcome and Call to Worship, followed by a few songs, a pastoral prayer, a few more songs, a sermon, a song of response, and then our Benediction, a closing verse from the Bible.

Children:

We believe children are a blessing from God, and we encourage children of all ages to remain in the service and worship with us. We’re used to seeing and hearing children in the service, even when they’re a little restless. We believe there’s value in children seeing their families and the rest of the church worship, and we trust that they will participate and receive at whatever level they’re capable.

To support families, we offer worship packs with fun and engaging activities that help children interact with the service and the Bible. For little ones under 3, we offer childcare staffed by vetted and background-checked volunteers. If at any point you prefer a quieter space, we also have a calm room with low lighting available for you and your young child during the service.

Sermon:

The sermon is usually 30-40 minutes long. Its goal is to worship and give glory to God by preaching His Gospel from His Word (the Bible) to His people. We hope that the message leaves you with a hope found in Jesus Christ even as it also convicts you and tells you the truth.

Songs:

We focus a lot of time and effort into the words we sing. Our songs will preach the Gospel to you and glorify the God of the Gospel with every chorus and verse. Our style is fairly traditional, but growing more contemporary every day. When we sing, our goal is to praise the Lord with all that is within us, so don’t be ashamed if you don’t have the best voice.

Dress:

You’ll see all different styles on a Sunday morning, but most people are wearing jeans and an untucked shirt. Feel free to come as you are and trust you won’t be too formal or too underdressed.
